why Brian didn't post a lot over the last 2 years or so.

I have read Brian's posts over the last 9 or so years, and while I didn't always agree with what he said, I respected what he said and generally understood where he was coming from. To my knowledge and recollection he has never had anything but the best interest of retail shareholders at heart. And I believe that to this day.

When Brian was appointed shareholder rep I absolutely thought it was a good move just from the standpoint of what Brian could bring to the company, as IMO that is how the shareholder will be rewarded in the long run - thru the building of a strong profitable company. Brian doesn't get compensated for doing this. He wasn't meant to be our liason, communications link or whatever. His position was meant to be the voice of the small, retail shareholder. Because he does not specifically talk or communicate to you doesn't mean he doesn't have your best interests at heart - as long as you are a long term PTSC investor. He reads this board to get opinions and to know what people are thinking. I am sure whatever he communicates to management doesn't represent the opinion of 100% of the people here - a function of the role, not the person performing the role.

I met Brian at the 2006 shareholders meeting. At that time he told me that he had stopped posting on Agora because he knew everything he posted would somehow be twisted/parsed/misinterpreted by various people. CAN ANYONE READING THIS BOARD FOR THE LAST YEAR SAY THAT THAT WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN THE CASE?

I've met Brian, but I don't know Brian. I trust him as much as a person can with the limited personal knowledge I have of him. I trust him because of his postings throughout the years.

I disagreed with something Brian posted yesterday. I asked him/challenged him about it, and have received an answer sufficient for me to drop the subject. That doesn't mean I agree with him, just better understand his position, which was all I was looking for. If you disagree with something he has posted I suggest you do the same. I've never known him to back away from a dispute.
