FYI... That was I, BaNosser, that reposted Ronran's post from March of last yr.. in an attempt to define what Brian's position as SH on PTSC Advisory Board actually was... in March of '07... while it shows what the role entailed, it no doubt IMO had changed recently, for whatever reason... His post about the MOU and your subsequence accusation of misleading influence has come some 12 months after this post by Ron...

I have one question from your post... You state Brian's interpretation as:
No more from the Js. TPL screwed us. All based on his interpretation which ignores both facts and possibilities/probabilities. . Please point out the facts that Brian is ignoring... a bullet format would be nice.. ------------ Re the MOU... I don't know much about the law... perhaps that's obvious.. but I am glad you know every application of every type of MOU.. esp when applied in a Fed Dist Court and under seal.. |
