I always thought 170k was alot of money for just agreeing to unite with TPL. Even for some Lawyer work, at $300 per hr., it's alot of hours. Also thought that there was a further breakdown of who got what in addition to what Dot found. I tried for 30 min. and could not find.

In the end, it most likely doesn't matter, as you are probably correct anyway. They would have looked out for the liability issue on themselves. Did you get Brian's response? Thanks,joe
