NUMBER 1: TPL has total control over license signings, fees, frequency, monetary size, the whole enchilada. The PTSC BOD has no say. Or very little.

This is the exact reason we need a STRONG BoD... to be able to stand up for PTSC's right to promote itself... to exercise OUR 50% say re MMP.. to uncover the secrecy that TPL encloaks all fee licensing info.. TPL's stated need to maintain this veil of info from potential licensees is IMO BS & is KILLING US! The other things you list absolutely have influence... but the one thing the BoD can have influence on.... they aren't...

I believe the Master Agreement actually states control over the MMP is a twoway street... that is not IMO how the MMP has been handled and our BoD up to this point is doing nothing about it.. save the recent moves of Goerner & Schrock.
