Regardless, it does not diminish one iota what Brian had and has done for or tried to do for retail investors.

If there is no more $$ coming from the Js, I certainly hope it was a unique situation and future licensing continues to increase as more tiers are filled.. the T3 will also be a measuring stick.. will they settle or drag us to court... The most recent PACERS are definitely encouraging

As it is TPL's SOP of cloak & dagger NDAs has turned off the retail investor community... Is this a by-product of the nature of the beast.. or is it also currently benefiting Lecky?? ..and if so for how long does it last and what is its conclusion?
