I'm not forgetting about Phoenix (PDS). In fact, that's my quesiton. I don't see any controls that keep TPL in check with respect to what it bills PDS for licensing/legal fees. Nor do I see oversight of this. Also, with the cross over between BOD members of PTSC, TPL and PDS, what controls are there on these BOD members to keep them from rewarding themselves on the private sides of these companies, outside of the reporting that PTSC has to do?
