I think Lamberts estimates were good based on the information known. How was he to know that the February licenses would not be be included in the Q3 report? This was a departure from previous reporting.

The estimates for the J's were based on one time fees and perhaps there is more contingent on some event in the future. We just don't know, but to say that there is no more coming in or that TPL is giving the licenses away is a guess at best right now. The wording in the settlement and in some of the recent license PR's suggest that there is more coming in the future from the J's, RIMM and possibly some or all of the companies licensed in february.
