Based on RG's letter that the 10q includes only the licenses signed through the end of January, I'm assuming that the Feb licenses will be reported in Q4. I'm also assuming that licensing is still based on a one-time single payment, until the company publicly states or proves otherwise. Based on these assumptions, I've updated the spreadsheet and posted it below. I'll post a disclaimer that considering this ended up being way off for Q3, I'm hesitant to put too much worth into the logic of this anymore with respect to projecting forward, but at least it provides a good historical reference of what has happened to date.

Based on these figures, the average license fee / annual revenues has gone to $1 paid for every $2345 in revenue made annually.
