Joe - The problem isn't non disclosure by TPL or PTSC at this juncture... it's the reality that TPL may IN FACT be giving away the licenses. All one has to do is look at our latest 10Q to see what a license might be worth. Today's PR did not state that RIMM purchased a license, it stated that they've agreed to the "terms" of one. Since this can be interpreted very broadly, the street is taking the conservative vue that it was either given away or licensed for pennies on the dollar. Of course we'll never know until the next 10Q, but even then we may not get our due. The evidence is seen in the last one, sadly. The bottom line is all we can do is hope that there is some contingency that may trigger monies being realized by the J2.5 at some point in the future, if not then for whatever reasons TPL did in fact give the licensees away. If such is the case, then why would the street think any differently about Rimm?
