This looks like a good move for PTSC ...but the one thing that still bothers me on the BOD is where is our COB....I don't know of any other company who has lost the COE and COB to then replace the COE,& add two new members the BOD, without installing a new COB...( even though Mr. Schrock has an impressive background and seems to be a benefiical addition ot he BOD)

Head of an executive committee is not the same as a COB...it's like we have no leadership on the BOD....at least not an appointed/voted in one. The reason for this escapes me.
