I dug around I-Hub and found it, thanks again. In my correspondense to Hawk I am under the impression the question posed may be stonewalled due to confidentiality BS. I have since reformatted the question.......
When Judge Ward ordered the dismissal of the case back in December, there was a MOU attached to the agreement (as part of 12/20 published court documents from PACER) which were under seal. The details I know are confidential but I am asking if the MOU is still currently active in place. Yes or no. There should be no confidentiality to this question IMO.
If this gets nowhere, I think Brian sould be alerted IMO.......
