Thanks Wolf. This adds a little fuel to my fire suggesting that DTV is also in the "USPTO Contingency Pool" (those kinds of numbers would really obscure the J numbers) - but I may be all wet. But if these numbers represent anything, it is that the DTV numbers are not in the 10Q (licensed on 2/8/08) - but we knew that per RG's letter. IMO, if there was cash on the barrelhead (not contingency), the numbers would've been in there - they could not escape reporting - something - IMO.
