People need to step back and review just what the Js had to go to trial with? What are they going to use as a defense given the Markman?

For one: beating the KSR/Obviousness drum... and the possibility of invalidation of our patents

...but to the point of nearly no settlement dollars..?? .. I still find that extrememly hard to swallow.
