Nice post and thanks for raising the ACP matter for discussion. I am in Lambert's camp (we aren't going to get another dime from the J's) based on the untortured reading of RG's "fully reflects" statement, though I'd love to be wrong. In asking how we got into that position, I keep coming back to the ACP issue. We all assumed we had the upper hand there, but maybe JW saw it differently.
