Understood. IMO (ignorant), it would be mandatory. If there is a definite receiveable out there in any amount, IMO they'd have to disclose in some fashion. Key word "definite". And IMO it could/would be disclosed in a very ambiguous way (where it could even be interpretted/perceived as some outstanding receiveable to Holocom that would eventually hit our bottom line).

Also, FUT may have said/intended "could or might be in a footnote" as opposed to elsewhere or in another fashion (alternatives). But now I'll shut up and read on, because with my "posting luck" FUT has already posted and shot my thoughts down in flames! Not that there's anything wrong with that. If I'm wrong I'm wrong. But it would be really wrong/stupid to opine further without catching up on posts, or just awaiting input from FUT - who isn't ignorant in these matters. In other words, why did I write this post?! LOL
