I'm just getting started here today, and someone may have already nanswered. But here goes:

The "with prejudice" only ever was on our team. The "without prejudice" only went against the defendants with counterclaims (the only people it would serve - at that point). For the defendants that didn't have counterclaims, the ruling is silent.

I'm open to correction re: the above. Wolf helped out alot on sorting this much out....
