I would be surprised if we see any more licenses before the ruling on the USPTO. Unless they are tied to the same type of contingencies that the J's settled for. Perhaps TPL realizes that the USPTO is the long pole now that is a thorn in the license negotiations. Until it's resolved no one wants to pay the big bucks that TPL is asking for now. Perhaps TPL is concentrating efforts on the USPTO and feels they can be much tougher in negotiations with the patents validated by the patent office. Especially if TPL feels the USPTO decision is nearing as you indicated it probably is. This would explain the lack of licensing that we are now experiencing.
