I'm not sure why you didn't want to got there, as I think it's helpful to be descriptive as you have, but now that you have, I had posted similarly, though not specifically about ARM. In this scenario though, I don't see the resultant financial benefits of this or similarl scenarios as coming from these settlements, but from the resultant deals that would manifest, (though now we're talking semantics). Through fleshing it out to this point, I think we are actually in agreement conceptually, so I'll refrain from further discussion on this point. I would hope that in the future, generally and specifically, the company be more forthright in its communications. The world of clandestine references may work well for Robert Ludlum, but I don’t think it has a place in the communications of a public company.
