M&A:best/worst case scenerio

Best case:done within the 120 for groener to receive bonus. July at the latest.

worst case: is actually more like "worst" case when groener said by calendar year end. Which is December.

So, sometime between now and December 31(2008) there will be some kind of M or A. Or both.

Personally I'm hoping for within the 120 days. Not so Groener can get a bonus but that it's sooner than some time by calendar year end.

I don't see how or why it would take to, let's say, October(2008) to geat a deal done. And at the same time I don't see why they can't get one done by, let's say, July(2008).
