They are directors and shoudl not get paid fopr professional services

It destroys the arms length functionality of a director.

Someone needs to have the FBI investigate our own little Porky Pig.

This is the first step needed to wrestle back the 100_ million shares illegally extacted by S/L et al in viloaton of the 9.99% cap
