If you remember TPL and PTSC both agreeded to stream line the case and remove some of the infringing products and after what 18 months we figure our patents are not worth the paper their written on. What did we have to loose by going to trial we had the MARKSMAN on our side!

IF you think we are wondering what the heck is going on how about all the other companies that pony up 20 to 30 mill. Nec paided a lot but now TPL is saying the others only infringed to the tune of about10 mill. I DON'T THINK SO. JMHO
