While I don't know about Fidelity, you may have a tax center section that will show the newer 1099. Ptsc website also had the printable letter regarding the re-classification.

While you could certainly figure your tax paid on the divi's it would be up to the accountant as to whether it could still be changed without the actual 1099 in hand. Good luck, it should be well worth the trouble. joe
