Yes...Of Course!  I AM being overly critical.  We may as well just boost their salaries AND cough up more cheap options.

While we're at it...let's not leave Swartz out in the cold.  Let's reinstall the warrant redemtion program.  How about say 15-20 million more shares that he can redeem at .019 for starters.

Sorry...I'm more then sick and tired of our do nothing BOD.  Again, I'll give credit to Pohl (TPL/PDS and Holocom (thanks Sedley))...if anybody else can provide a list of this BOD accomplishments...PLEASE pass it through.

The way I see this...it's either  be happy with what is taking place and be guided by the shp staus quo....or try and make a VERY NEEDED change to our corporate direction.

*Please don't take my comments as bashing...I want nothing else but for this company and its shareprice to succeed.  Those who have been here from the late 90's on know my position.
