SHAREHOLDER PROPOSALS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Under certain circumstances, stockholders are entitled to have the Company include stockholder proposals in its proxy statement for presentment at a meeting of stockholders
We need to know what circumstances they are referring too. Do you have to own a certain percentage of the stock individually--can we pool our voting shares? The BOD members pool their voteing shares- I don't think that any of them own enough to vote on an individual basis. I think that it is important that we get the proposals in by mid May so that we can get verification that they recieved them BEFORE June the 1st. GL, ads
