While I share your sentiment with the patents, I was wondering if there was a way to answer your concerns for Brian (or any other member for that matter, I used Brian since he's the most connected with the company) to be a viable person for the BOD (if he's willing of course) that would satisfy any of the skeptics such as yourself and Milestone........

Brian, is serving on the PTSC BOD something you would like to put yourself up for consideration for? And if so, what would you do to provide information to learn who you are and what you are about for John Q Agoramember?......

All I know is we are as dysfunctual as the PTSC BOD right now and unless we get our collective act together this message board for all intense purposes is useless IMO......

I would also like to know if three of the most respected Agora board members, Milestone, Ronran, & Brian, would have any common ground on any issues to be put before the board for a vote by the shareholders..........

Is there a tactful, professional way to contact Eric Swartz to ask if he is liquidating his position (after three straight days of 8 million+ volume, I think this is likely happening)? We had many ready to jump at the chance to contact Judge Ward. My employment precludes me from doing so.......

I would also tend to believe with the assumption Swartz is liquidating, Carlton Johnson will be leaving when the coast is clear.........

Griping and grousing time is over people. I'd like to have something rolling here faster than an M&A.......
