How do you intend "to hold people responsible" exactly? The only possible outcome to all of this unsubstantiated rhetoric is continuing downward pressure on the share price and shareholder "activism" that will only lead to disappointment. The "at least we will have tried" bunch are naive if they think anything will come of it. I might be all for activism if indeed the company had been involved in proven fraudulent actions, but it seems to me that the timing for all of this is bordering on idiotic when we are likely on the verge of greatness more than at any other time in the company's history.

The share price is not indicative of the potential of the company at this time especially if - what some of us suspect -per product royalties are to be disclosed to the investment community soon. This is a buying opportunity. Plain and simple. Now I am really going back to lurking!
