I hope he does demand a seat soon. Hell I'd rather have him as CEO but a board seat will do just fine. Too many turkeys on the current BOD ...we need someone who knows what to do with $100M and IMO Brian does.
The man has been adamantly defending his investment and in the process defending all our investments in this company run by a bunch of deadbeats. I for one recognize that he has had an uphill battle dealing with the "magnitude" of incompetence within PTSC and applaud him for at least trying to protect (advise the BOD) his and our investment. I stand behind him 100% if he demands a seat.
The only way things are going to change is when someone who is shareholder and cares about the shareholders is on board. To this day Brian has never been in a position of power to veto any bonehead moves by management just advise. We need him on the Board to make sure these mistakes are never made again.
