Brian, while I and others look forward to hearing what you have to say about the situation and hope that you will be able to post it this evening, I think it far more important that RG be getting ready to put out his 3rd letter in order to definitively answer the serious questions that have been raised.

Imo the info in the Qtr. and his follow up 2nd. letter are so lacking that they have damaged our stock immeasurably. Knowing(or should I say not knowing whether) we have accepted lower fees and have a limited avail. cash, neither new licenses or M/A will help SP. At this point only a favorable USPTO decison can give rise to SP, imo and who knows when that will come.

We need some real leadership here...and now. Even if that means playing hard ball with TPL if that is the situation we are in...backed into a corner. One would hope that a happier medium for TPL, Sec and shareholders exists tho. joe
