That is from the court document.

That is from the TPL pr.

So 'business resolution' came from TPL's pr not the court document. And 'business resolution' was also used in a separate pr for NEC, for which there is no MOU. So, if we correctly assume that the MOU refers to the 'business resolution, and we have one with NEC, why is there no MOU with NEC? Now me thinks 'business resolution' was just the agreed upon terminology to disguise the nature of the settlements. This is a 180 from my prior thoughts. All IMHO Opty
