Unconsciousable in my opinion. Tying up much needed capital which will be needed to fund any near-term acquisition, for what a few extra interest rate points. Unbelievable!!.. We should be shepherding monies and not treating this valuable like play money.

It would be interesting to know if the BOD approved this transaction.
