Air....the edgar i looked at said the options were valid (exercisable) on Feb 28, 2008 and they would expire on Feb 28, 2013. The other options were based on achieved goals. Unfortunately the BOD can grant him these options whether he meets the goals or not because of the clause "or approval by our BOD (aka...the PTSC think tank)".

So the 300,000 are his to exercise at any time he chooses.
