I think everyone knows I am not a huge fan of Turley, but without knowing exactly what transpired in Texas, I think it is a little premature to start making those kind of accusations against the man. But, I too am not happy with a lot of the statements made by this company, i.e. 10's of millions in revenue, both sides pleased with business resolution, etc. If ALL we will ever get from the J's is represented by the Q3 report, than IMO we got screwed and someone needs to pay with their freedom.

As far as the rest of your post regarding TPL, I don't know if this is what happened, but I definitely would not rule it out!
