Sorry if you were offended but this is the part I was keying on .
"it seems as our pursuing of MMP and collecting money for it's licencing stops abruptly on that date, as if disallowed by higher authority, yet unannounced
Could it be a lawsuit in CA, did our adversaries from T3 demanded and won some kind of 'sieze and desist' temporary order pointing at our unwholsome campain of secretive, NDA shrouded blackmail, flying bellow the radar of legality by virtue of being secret, thought up by lawyer crooks and financial sharks from both sides ...
thus, February brought licences but those results are rolled back, and money prevented to reach our treasury?"
And if you'll notice by my comments the quote about you is not mentioned. I am not spreading anything in regards to you.

That seems very logical. We have all been trying to understand the purpose of the T-3 filings and this hypothesis seems more beleiveable to me. Tie it in with your conjecture of why the Feb. license signings were not included and I tend to agree. Very insightful. Thank you. I feel that this may be a blessing in disguise for PTSC investors.
P.S. I have not sold one share
