I like Ads idea about getting a Lawyer and approaching Judge Ward about the NDA. I don't like class action suits, they only benefit lawyers. We need legal representation and possibly getting the SEC involved concerning the Master Agreement and how it may conflict with PTSC fidicuary relationship with us. Is a company allowed to give absolutely no guidance according to SEC regulations. We need to put the heat on them. If they have something to hide, it will come out, so they better start being a little more forthright in their dealings with us. We have Lawyers on this board who may be interested in pursuing this. It's a shame when it has to come to this, but there may not be any other solution.
