I personally don't believe that this is all an orchestrated rip off of 16000+ PTSC shareholders. It makes WAY more sense that there are running royalties that have not been disclosed yet. People selling on emotion will be regretting their decisions to do so in a BIG way. Those that sold at .42 look pretty bright right now but who knows what's around the corner in the way of positive news.
