And, if everything else is put on hold until the 749 is cleared, then We have at least a couple more years of licensing long before we even know about the 749. And assuming the 749 is OK, then additional time to restart/complete the review of 336, 148 and 584. The time frame gets pushed out so far, that infringers can't sit it out that long. If the aforementioned is true, then getting someone to challenge the 749 is a brilliant move. All IMHO
