It is about the right time frame for a decision.

A favorable decision would be bigger than the Q or the Letter.

Alot of times I've seen the 'other shoe drop' and make a stock turn 'green' in a hurry.

I've not made a comment of the Q or Goerner Shareholders letter because I didn't want to fly off the handle without chewing on the facts for a bit. I plan to shortly, but maybe a favorable USPTO would make it a moot point.
