Why have the Signings Suddenly Stopped?

I don't believe that the signings have stopped but perhaps a delay in the reporting of the signings..can they hold these back or are they obligated to report them right away..i.e. can they hold back the information of these signings so long as they report sometime during the quarter???

If they can..maybe they are..we have buyers out there..is PTSC or TPL buying?
