I understand they are under an NDA regarding the settlement (which is really going to be damaging to the price), So they better get off their duffs and get serious about an aquisition and forming themselves into a "real" company selling products or services. The patents expire in what 2015? Thats not too far off. After that then what? MM's wont even consider them beyond that point. This will be one hell of a challenge for Goerner. He's starting off with a lot of "cash". To blow it in such a cherry position money wise wouldnt do well for his so called reputation. God knows every CEO prior couldnt get it done.

I hope you positive people are right and that details of the settlement are far better then the 10Q reveals.
