I thought my theory about the wording here "in explicit technical detail" was a tip off to running royalties. This wording implies analyses are being performed at the level of detail to understand which products are using the IP. What could be the possible reason for that exactly other than to be able to collect royalties PER PRODUCT using the MMP? This implies running royalties - No? This is exactly what the big boys do like Rambus, Qualcomm, IBM. This is where the big dough comes in and this is where the quarterlies start to mushroom if the rates are in line with industry standards. Not pumping here. This is what we are all looking for in my opinion.
