Question to sellers or would be sellers

Are you selling now because: 1) you are are pissed off and frustrated with how shareholders are left in the dark on some important financial information; or 2) because you do not believe the sp will ever be higher then .38? They are two different issues which are not necessarily related.

The only thing wrong here is that we shareholders are put in a position to have to speculate as to the terms of the J2.5 settlement. That is a significant problem that I dont mean to minimize and I share in the warranted frustration. However, it is not as if this company is going under, we didnt lose the USTPO re-exam, we did not lose any legal proceedings, we did not incurr debt that will wipe out our cash reserves, no legislation was passed for patent reform, nothing that prevents us from continuing to recieve revenues from license infringement or prevents us from using our cash to continue to pursue M&A(s) just as we have been doing for the past 2 years. The inability to know the settlement terms is infuriating but Im not going to sell for .38 a share because I am frustrated with the way shareholders are treated so long as I think there is more money to be made here - which I do. It will probably take a week or so to recover from this shake up but then we should be back on track. The key has always been to use license revenue for M&A(s) to enhance long term shareholder value and I have no reason to think that is not going to happen as planned and as represented. RG has stated in last two letters that it should happen in 2008. Still think .38 is as good as it gets?
