Brian, I agree.  And would that not suggest licensing fees have been lowered.  That our guys in Texas were not as strong as we had hoped.  The settlement does not appear to have been that good for PTSC.  Still, there is much hope for a BB company with the resources to climb out and up to a major board.  It will take longer and it will need a competent BOD's.  Brian has seen their inner workings and should know better than all.
