All the board members gotta go especially Carlton Johnson. Whose company is this really? PTSC tells us they are evaluating company's to purchase and Swartz goes and invests OUR money in educational loans that he now cannot sell? What kind of idiots are these guys? First they take company cash and issue dividends now a chip company is in the business of buying and selling loans. These jokers need to go immediately. They have more than proven they have no clue how to run a company or even take care of its cash for that matter. The time has come to clean house. Its time to stand up and show Swartz the door. Those that are left need all their options repriced above $1...and everyone needs to  vote down the initiative to increase the stock option plan that the Board is recommending. Ridiculous they would even have the nerve to even ask.
