Here is what the PTSC/TPL negotiations might be like right now....(im using IBM as an example)

TPL/PTSC: IBM, ok so based on our calculations, you owe $20 million for the rights to the MMP.

IBM: Umm. Listen, we will offer $450,000 USD.

TPL/PTSC: Excuse me, its 20 million. OUr first mover discounts are over, so at best we can offer 15 million if we leave with a check today.

IBM: Why should i pay more than Panasonic, NEC.....

TPL/PTSC - No, J3 paid much more... but we cant tell you how much..

IBM- Not according to your quarterly report.

TPL/PTSC- MMM.. OK... please make the check for $450,000 make payable to PDS.
