Why won't we except "it is what it is"?

The deals are what they are. The dollar amount is what it is. The blame is not our partners. Half the money is theirs, why would they not fight for every red cent they could get? My anger is with the expenses associated with a public company with just a hand full of employee's that has huge expenses and are issuing low priced options. They should be rewarded when and only when the shareholders are rewarded. That in my opinion is the major complaint shareholders should be screeming about. doc
