I am unhappy and disappointed with my interpretations of the numbers in the Q, and the revealed poor judgement of the BOD on specific issues incorporated within it.

.......he is unhappy with the #'s and with the BOD's poor judgement. this says a lot to those who have been beating up on the folks who have been complaining about the incompetent BOD. they appear to be very incompetent in every aspect of running a company. when brian says that the responsibility lies with TPL, our BOD, our CFO and Turley.....does that not imply that we pretty much got screwed?

this is a public company and the information we are given is absolutely the minimum....the minimum.....this is no way for a public company to behave. we are left in the dark constantly. someone is making money and it is not the investor. the BOD MUST reprice all of their generous options to at least a $1. there is no way this group needs to be rewarded for mistake after mistake after mistake. they have done nothing to enahnce the share holders value and yet are the first ones to reward themselves options at every chance.
