He still has a chance to explain why that didn't happen.

My score card for Rick started this morning @100%

No SH letter before bell -20%

Currently @ 80% in my book.

A SH letter with more of the same and he falls below my threashhold for staying in...this guy is our only hope IMO.

It's times like this that quickly expose the level of CEO leadership a company has. I've decided to see how well Rick can perform before I jump ship. I'll defiantly have a good idea after today.
