it's hard to describe my mixed feelings:

On the one side I had this "gut feeling", that things are not ready yet, for nearly four months now, on the other side I was hoping, that this endless story would finally end with yesterday's numbers.

Now I know, that my "gut" was right, which is great for me, but horrible for my account...

But what is more interesting for me, and this might be just another and final of sign of addiction (you remember my mail?) to this company, that I STILL BELIEVE, that all is in the best interest of the company and its shareholders. Yes, you can call me completely crazy, but while I can call the company's BoD "FUDster!", I have no problem to admit, that I would do the same, if I were in their position.

Once again for all here is my understanding of the requirements, BEFORE PTSC will start moving up, significantly - or even can think about stepping to NASDAQ/NYSE:

- the patents have to be 100%, no-more-discussable valid = successful Re-Ex

- the OS has to be reduced (not neccessarily my point, but I take this from their communications)

- the J3 "business resolution" has to be known

- the T3 legislation has to terminated

- the "umbrella" has to grow = start of M&A
