I'm sure this has been discussed but I don't feel like going through all the posts.

Why not post this reply yesterday along with the PR? What is the point of reporting it today? Management should have issued the reply yesterday along with their PR.

As a public company it is their fudiciary responsibility to report appropriately. I can only assume the numbers are what they are and the numbers reflect the settlement.
