with you. Why should we be guessing, this is a otc stock not an pink sheet and hoping someday to be a big board stock. Shareholder should be informed.

I am hoping and giving the benefit of doubt that PTSC/TPL and Townsend are not inept and made a favorable deal.

Just frustrated and venting a little......
